Tranmere Supported Living

Tranmere supported living provides support to 20 people who hold their own tenancy in self-contained apartments. We support people to develop confidence and skills to enable people to achieve their goals and move onto more independent settings.  This accommodation primarily supports people with a learning and /or physical disability , who may also need support in other areas of  life. This contributes to Wirral’s  local objectives of supporting people in local communities with their own front door. The service enables people to stay connected with family, friends other local networks and supported  employment.

We work closely and compatibly with MDT’s and are committed to working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes with everyone we support.
