Services in the community

We are a values driven and experienced team committed to finding innovative ways of supporting people to live the life they choose and be positive contributors to the local communities. We believe in choices not options wherever possible. We believe that everyone has something to contribute and do our best to enable people to achieve goals, fulfil aspirations and realise their potential.

Our staff work with the people we support to pursue a range of vocational activities, including paid and voluntary employment. We have a strong community focus, encouraging people to make connections in their local communities in a way that meets individual needs and wishes.

The services we provide support people to meet their needs and achieve their goals . this might include:

  • Supported housing
  • Employment/Vocation
  • Help at home
  • Community Involvement and getting out and about
  • Short term support (e.g Respite / Crisis placements)

Crewecial (Crisis Café)

We are incredibly excited to be launching Crewecial,  delivering a much needed service supporting Cheshire people. Working closely with health and social care partners in recent months to deliver community based options for people experiencing a mental health crisis makes the café a central part of our local offer in Crewe.

Crewecial is a Crisis Café in Crewe which will provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable space away from a clinical environment for people in crisis, and those seeking to prevent the onset of a crisis. The onsite team will provide emotional support and resilience building as well as support people to develop positive relationships.

We can also provide practical advice and signposting. Where needed we will support people in a mental health crisis to access other support

  • The service will work closely with the Crisis Home Treatment Team and 24 hour crisis line
  • The café will provide beverages plus hot and cold snacks
  • The service will be open from 1pm to 1Opm 7 days a week:
