Leeds (East) Supported Living

Leeds (East) supported living provides apartment based supported living for adults with varied mental health needs within 5 self contained apartments. This service will enable people to step down from higher support settings as part of a pathway towards independent living.  This service primarily supports people with mental health needs, who may also need support in other areas of life. This contributes to local objectives of supporting people closer to home in local communities, staying connected with family, friends and other local support networks through provision of good quality accommodation and support. Solar panels are part of the property to support reducing carbon footprint.

The team has specialist experience in mental health, dual diagnosis, and complex needs.

We work closely and compatibly with MDT’s and are committed to working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes with everyone we support.
