Middlewich Supported Living and Step Down Service

Our Middlewich Supported Living Services consist of two neighbouring apartment-based supported living services located directly opposite each other in Middlewich. Together, they provide a stepped and flexible approach to supporting adults to move towards greater independence within a safe, structured environment.

One service provides 9 self-contained apartments, and the other provides 8 self-contained apartments. Both offer on-site support, enabling individuals to develop daily living skills, build confidence, and progress towards vocational and independent living goals. Each apartment benefits from assistive technology infrastructure, supporting people to live as independently as possible while having access to appropriate support when needed.

These services are designed to support individuals stepping down from higher support settings, offering a transitional pathway that focuses on recovery, skill-building, and long-term independence.

Each service operates with its own dedicated support team and on-site facilities, ensuring personalised and consistent care tailored to individual needs. While the services are distinct, they share a collaborative approach, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) and external professionals to ensure coordinated and effective support.
