Crewe Supported Living

Our Crewe Supported Living consists of two neighbouring supported living services in Crewe: Partridge House and an adjacent apartment-based service. Each provides 11 self-contained flats with their own dedicated communal spaces, individual staffing teams, and tailored support.

Both services offer high-quality, apartment-based supported living for adults with a range of mental health needs. Each person holds their own tenancy, promoting independence, privacy, and dignity within a safe and supportive environment.

Our teams work with individuals to build confidence, develop daily living skills, and support people to achieve their personal goals. This includes working towards greater independence and, where appropriate, moving on to more independent settings.

While each service operates independently with its own team and internal spaces, they also benefit from a shared sense of community. Joint activities and organised events are regularly held in the shared outdoor areas, helping to encourage connection, social interaction, and positive community engagement between the two services.

The services primarily support people with mental health needs, many of whom may also experience additional or complex support requirements. We are committed to supporting people to stay connected with their local communities, family, friends, and wider support networks, ensuring they can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Our teams bring specialist experience in mental health, dual diagnosis, and complex needs, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure joined-up, person-centred support. We are committed to partnership working and achieving positive outcomes for everyone we support.
