Blackpool Supported Living

Blackpool supported living provides 24 hour support to 8 people who hold their own tenancy in self-contained apartments. We support people to develop confidence and skills to enable people to achieve their goals and where desired move onto more independent settings.

The team has specialist experience in mental health, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, learning disability and other complex needs. We accept and support a wide range of complex needs whilst ensuring appropriate compatibility of people at the scheme.

We work with our housing partners to provide appropriate move on accommodation with reduced levels of support where appropriate. Each flat is provided with full furniture packs, white goods, full cooking facilities, cutlery, crockery, microwave, and kettle.

We work closely and compatibly with MDT’s and are committed to working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes with everyone we support.
