ISL are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are committed to continuous improvement and use quality audit frameworks to make sure our services are delivering what people want and need.

We regularly collect and encourage the views of people who use our services to help make them better. We ensure all our staff receive regular supervision meetings and are supported through annual reviews with their personal development. We train our teams through an induction program using online and face to face training sessions, these are updated in line with national guidance and supported by assessments for staff working on the front line.
