Independence Support Ltd (ISL) is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new supported living service in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. This modern, purpose-built service will support adults with complex mental health needs to live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.
Designed around 7 self-contained apartments and enhanced with advanced assistive technology, our Burton service offers a therapeutic environment that promotes choice, empowerment, and long-term recovery.

What You’ll Do
As part of our Burton supported living team, you’ll provide outcome-focused, person-centred support tailored to each individual. Your role may include:
- Supporting with medication management
- Building and teaching independent living skills
- Assisting with daily routines and life tasks
- Encouraging community involvement and social opportunities
- Offering emotional support
- Assisting with tenancy management
- Working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, holistic support
This service is designed to help people develop confidence, maintain independence, and thrive within their community.
Who We’re Looking For
We are recruiting:
- Full-time Support Workers (37.5 hours)
- Part-time Support Workers (23.5 hours)
You must be able to work flexibly across day and night shifts, including weekends, within a 7-day rota and participate in an on-call rota. Full induction and training will be provided.
