Independence Support Ltd (ISL) provides high-quality supported living services in Middlewich, Cheshire (CW10), supporting adults with complex mental health needs to live independently, confidently and safely within their own homes.
Our Middlewich services support 17 individuals in self-contained apartments enhanced with modern assistive technology, creating a structured, supportive environment where people can build life skills and achieve meaningful outcomes.
The people we support enjoy activities such as coffee shop trips, walks, gym sessions, swimming and bingo, promoting community inclusion and wellbeing.
About the Role
As a Support Worker in Middlewich, you will provide person-centred, outcome-focused support tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll help people build independence, confidence and stability while promoting dignity and respect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with medication management
- Teaching and encouraging daily living skills
- Assisting with personal routines and household tasks
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Providing emotional support during challenging periods
- Assisting with tenancy management
- Working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure positive outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
We are recruiting:
- Part-time Support Workers – 23.5 hours
- Full-time Support Workers – 37.5 hours
Roles include a mix of day and night shifts across a 7-day rota.
Experience in mental health or supported living is desirable but not essential – we value compassion, resilience and a genuine commitment to empowering others.
Full induction and ongoing training are provided.
