Sharon Fairhurst

I have worked in health & social care for over 35 years with individuals living with mental health conditions, autism, learning disability and substance misuse issues. I am a Registered Mental health Nurse and after qualifying, I spent a short time in the NHS then the next 30 years in a range of roles in both the not for profit and private sectors. I have worked as a Project Worker, Registered Manager, Area Manager and at Operations Manager level overseeing services across England for over 20 years.

In addition to operations management, I have worked with clients, families and commissioners to develop and implement new person-centred services, established to meet client’s choices and needs.

I am passionate about delivering compassionate co-produced services and in supporting, coaching and mentoring front line colleagues and managers to deliver the highest quality support to clients.

As Operations Manager I am inspired to be part of a company which is values driven and works with clients to truly co-produce quality services and positive outcomes.
