Paul Humphries

I am one of the current service managers for Rapid Response where we specialise in mental health patient transport & Section 136 observations. I started with ISL in December 2023 as a Rapid Response Crisis Worker where I gained valuable frontline experience while I completed the level 3 Adult Care apprenticeship.

I bring a background in military logistics, which supports the day to day management of the teams vehicle fleet and transport operations, ensuring the service runs safely and efficiently. I am passionate about developing a strong and cohesive team that contributes to a supportive culture. I believe in leading by example, taking ownership and teamwork.

I am committed to delivering a high standard of service to the patients that we support. Despite high stress environments, every patient should be treated with dignity, respect and compassion. At Rapid Response we strive towards this daily.
