Hey, I’m Morgan 👋
I’m the Acting Service Manager at Middlewich. I joined ISL as a Support Worker and have worked my way across the organisation, picking up shifts in different services and building experience in forensic, step-down, and supported living settings.

I’ve progressed through Deputy Manager and Internal Trainer roles, supporting staff development across the company, and I hold a degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. I’m also a Level 3 Mental Health First Aider and have a strong interest in health and wellbeing. Not just for the people we support, but for the teams who support them too.

I’m passionate about person-centred care, positive team culture, and creating services where people feel safe, supported, and able to grow. I’m big on open conversations, shared learning, and making sure we look after each other along the way.
