Matthew Mackereth-Hamilton

My names Matthew, I am the acting dual service manager for the Pudsey and Gildersome ISL services. I started with ISL in September 2022 following completing a degree in Psychology. Since this time, I have worked across several ISL sites while continuing to develop my knowledge and experience within the health and social care sector. Prior to being an acting dual service manager for the Pudsey and Gildersome services I was a deputy service manager for over 2 years and before this I was a support worker at ISL. I am motivated to provide person-centred care while working in-line with ISLs values to support our clients to develop their independence. I operate an open-door policy whereby those who work and live at ISL can share their experiences and provide continuous feedback ensuring their support is tailored to their current needs and wishes. During my time at ISL I have worked alongside other professionals to support clients to meet their goals and will continue to do so while managing the Pudsey and Gildersome ISL services.
