Cat Hartley

I joined ISL as a support worker in early 2020. I  have since stepped up to Service Manager and have enjoyed working with the team to enable and support everyone who lives here.

York supported living is a service where we support people who have autism, Asperger’s and wider needs. The role is rewarding as we all work together. It is great to see people arrive at the service, then move on having gained skills, confidence and independence.

I have worked in the Heath & Social care sector for 11 years gaining my level 5 in Leadership & Management. Previously I have been a service manager for 3 supported living services, then became a registered manager before joining ISL. Previous to this part of my career I worked in childcare gaining qualifications in the field along with my Business & Admin NVQ level 3.

I enjoy supporting the team and working together to create a happy and comfortable environment to enable each individual to achieve their own life goals. I am enjoying my time at ISL and look forward to the future we are creating together with all involved.
