I joined ISL in March 2022 and bring with me nearly a decade of experience in the mental health sector. During my time with the organisation, I have developed a strong understanding of ISL’s values and a deep appreciation for its commitment to delivering person-centred support. I am passionate about the work I do and am dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support. Now stepping into the role of Acting Service Manager, I strive to uphold the quality and compliance standards of the service, ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of care. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and I am committed to leading with compassion, integrity, and a focus on positive outcomes.
