Our Annual Plan for 2026–2027 sets out how we will continue to bring opportunities to life across the communities we serve.
Building on a year that saw over 2,000 crisis interventions delivered, 36,000 hours of therapeutic support provided, and £14,534 raised for our charity partners , this plan outlines how we will strengthen service delivery, invest in our people, expand our NHS partnerships, and evidence the real impact of our work.
Grounded in our values – Positive, Responsive, Courageous and Inclusive – this year’s plan focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, empowering our teams, and ensuring sustainable growth for the future.
