I like working with ISL because of the clients, we care and support each day to make their life better, putting each individual first, providing independence and care always putting their well-being and safety a priority as a support worker, always making sure each individual's dignity respect and privacy is met, and treated with compassion and kindness to always to maintain the quality of life and always protected from harm and abuse.
Everyday is different in Mersey Gardens and it makes the job more interested and I enjoy everyday with the clients.
