Welcome to our new Operations Manager, David!

ISL is delighted to welcome David to the team as an Operations Manager.

With more than 20 years’ experience working across the social care sector, David brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Starting his career in frontline support roles, David has progressed into senior leadership positions while remaining passionate about the values at the heart of great care – promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion for the people we support.

Throughout his career, David has seen the importance of building strong, empowered teams and creating positive workplace cultures where colleagues feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver outstanding outcomes.

In his new role at ISL, David will work closely with our teams to strengthen relationships, support service excellence, and continue developing person-centred services that make a meaningful difference every day.

Outside of his work in social care, David is also an award-winning gymnast and gymnastics mentor – demonstrating the dedication, discipline, and determination he brings to everything he does.
