Tranmere Extra Care opens
Pleased to welcome the first tenants into new extra care apartments in Wirral. This service will support adults who have a learning disability and other varied support needs. We look forward to working with people to develop greater independence as part of the local community. This project is delivered with HB Villages and Chrysalis Housing. We will be arranging an open day so look out for further news on that!
