Sandbach Service Public Open Day
A fantastic public open day yesterday celebrating the opening of our new supported living service in Sandbach, delivered in partnership with Inclusion Housing.
This supported living service provides 5 apartments with onsite support helping people to step down from higher support settings and to develop skills, independence, and vocation in an independent setting with assistive technology infrastructure.
Thank you to local Adult Care and NHS teams for excellent partnership work to help bring this service forward.
