Leeds Service Public Open Day
Thank you to everyone who made yesterday a special day at our public open day at our new supported living service in Leeds, delivered in partnership with Inclusion Housing.
This supported living service provides 9 apartments with on site support helping people to step down from higher support settings and to develop skills, independence, and vocation in an independent setting with assistive technology infrastructure.
Thank you to teams in Leeds adult care and NHS for excellent partnership working to help bring this service forward.
