Our Ellesmere Port Step Down Service provides short-term supported living for up to four individuals with a range of mental health needs who are ready to transition from hospital, clinical environments or crisis support into a less intensive community setting.

Designed to bridge the gap between inpatient care and longer-term community support, the service offers a structured and supportive environment where individuals can continue their recovery journey, develop daily living skills and build confidence towards greater independence.

Working alongside individuals, healthcare professionals, families and wider support networks, our experienced team provides person-centred mental health support tailored to each person’s goals, strengths and recovery plan.

The service provides a safe and nurturing environment that enables individuals to:

• Develop confidence and independence in a community setting
• Maintain and build on progress made during hospital or crisis care
