Leeds Pudsey Supported Living
Leeds supported living (Pudsey) provides support to 10 people who hold their own tenancy in self-contained apartments. We work with people to develop confidence and skills to enable people to achieve personal goals and move onto more independent settings. This service primarily supports people with a learning disability, who may also need support in other areas of life. By supporting people locally, the service enables people to stay connected with family, friends other local networks including supported employment.
We work closely and compatibly with MDT’s and are committed to working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes with everyone we support.
