York Supported Living
York supported living enables people with autism and Asperger’s to develop independent living skills at home and in the community. Everyone has a tenancy within an apartment.
Staff are on site 24 hours per day to provide support with daily living skills, planning community activities, accessing vocational opportunities, building friendships and social contacts and developing future move on plans. This will enable people to use the skills developed to move on to more independent settings when ready and confident to do so.
We work closely and compatibly with MDT’s and are committed to working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes with everyone we support.
