Coach Sean Steps Into a New Chapter
After four fantastic years, we are saying a heartfelt thank you to Sean as he steps down from his role as ISL’s Health and Wellbeing Coach.
Sean joined us in 2021, bringing energy, compassion, and creativity at a time when supporting wellbeing was more important than ever following the pandemic. Since then, he has made a lasting impact across our services, delivering regular wellbeing days that encouraged clients to get active, build confidence, and have fun.

From accessible chair-based exercises for beginners to engaging orienteering challenges that got everyone thinking and moving, Sean’s sessions have brought both physical and mental wellbeing to life for so many of our clients.
While this marks the end of his role in health and wellbeing, it’s not goodbye. We’re pleased to share that Sean will continue working with ISL in a different capacity, supporting our cyber security—an area he specialises in through his work with the RAF.
Reflecting on his time with ISL, Sean shared:
As I say goodbye as your Health, Wellbeing & Fitness Coach, I am full of gratitude for our shared journey. Thank you for the laughter, the triumphs, the challenges we faced together, and every memory that made this time so special. You are all truly brilliant – your dedication, kindness, and spirit have inspired me every single day.
Remember: great achievements are built on small, consistent steps. The extra mile, the mindful choice, the daily effort – they add up to real, lasting change! Thank you to all the staff & clients being such amazing people. Keep moving forward, keep supporting one another, and never stop taking those small steps. With heartfelt thanks.
We’d like to thank Sean for everything he has contributed to ISL and look forward to continuing to work with him in this new chapter.
