Our Annual Plan for 2026-2027

We’re pleased to share our ISL Annual Plan for 2026–2027, setting out how we will continue bringing opportunities to life for the people and communities we support.

The plan reflects on the impact we delivered together over the past year. Across our services we supported over 2,000 crisis interventions, delivered 36,000 hours of therapeutic support in hospital settings and raised £14,534 for our charity partners working within local communities.

As our organisation continues to grow, with a team approaching 400 colleagues, this year’s plan focuses on strengthening the way we evidence outcomes, support our teams and expand our partnerships across health and social care.

Focusing on Outcomes and Impact

For the year ahead, we are placing a strong focus on evidencing the outcomes our services deliver every day.

This includes:

• Demonstrating impact through outcomes-based support planning

• Strengthening leadership and mentoring across our teams

• Embedding strong governance and quality processes

• Supporting services to evidence the difference they make

By sharing and celebrating these outcomes, we aim to inspire innovation, strengthen collaboration and highlight the incredible work happening across our organisation.

Supporting Health and Social Care Partnerships

Health and social care services continue to face significant pressures, and we are committed to playing our part in supporting system-wide solutions.

Over the coming year, we will continue to work closely with NHS and Local Authority partners to develop tailored services that improve pathways from hospital to community support and create better outcomes for individuals.

Investing in Our People

Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. This year we will continue investing in our people through mentoring opportunities, strengthened training and leadership development initiatives designed to support career progression and build confidence across our teams.
