Mo’s Charity Boxing Match Raises £1,100 for Live! Cheshire

Our Chester Support Worker Mo took part in a boxing match for charity on Friday (February 27th) raising funds for our Chester charity partner, Live! Cheshire.

Whilst it wasn’t his winning night this year around, Mo stayed positive, determined and stood his ground each round, showing true passion and resilience.

Mo said;

I’m so proud to have raised £1,100 for Live Cheshire.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported me – especially Coach Sean for the incredible training and belief. A huge thank you as well to the clients and staff across services in Sandbach, St Mark’s, Rosewood and Middlewich for getting behind me.

A true reflection of our values – Positive, Responsive, Courageous, and Inclusive.

£1,100 will be a big help at Live! Cheshire who offer inclusive, accessible, high-quality learning, personal development and social activities for children, young people and adults with disabilities.

This is Mo’s second boxing match for the charity, he was crowned the winner last year – also raising £1000.
