Crewecial Crisis Café provides a safe, welcoming and non-clinical space in Crewe for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress. Open seven days a week from 1pm to 10pm, our experienced team offers compassionate, person-centred support when you need it most.
For the past three years, Crewecial has been a vital part of Cheshire’s mental health support network. Working closely with the Crisis Home Treatment Team, the 24-hour crisis line, and other health and social care partners, we help people access the right care at the right time — reducing isolation and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
At Crewecial, visitors can take a break in a calm, café-style environment with hot and cold drinks, light snacks and a friendly atmosphere. Our team provides emotional support, helps you build resilience, and connects you with practical advice, signposting and ongoing community support.
