Zoe Wright

I joined Independence Support in 2025, bringing with me over eight years of experience in marketing and communications, having previously worked within the hospitality sector. I made the move into social care because I wanted to use my skills to support an organisation making a genuine difference to people’s lives, particularly within mental health and supported living.

My passion for this sector is also personal. I have an older brother with Autism, and through my family’s experiences I have met many wonderful people and services who provide vital support to individuals and their families. I have also volunteered with Tameside & Oldham Mind, helping to raise awareness of mental health and support fundraising efforts.

Since joining ISL, I have loved learning more about the incredible work our teams do every day and sharing the stories of our clients, colleagues and services. I’m passionate about helping people understand the positive impact of social care and ensuring the voices of those we support are celebrated.

I’m always keen to connect, share ideas and hear from colleagues across ISL, so please feel free to get in touch.
