Tim Medwell

I am the Service Manager for Tussore Court in Macclesfield and Stoke Supported Living, I have 23 years experience in social care and still have the same passion and drive to improve people’s lives and their services from when I was a care assistant and support worker in the late 1990’s.

I have previously worked in Nursing homes, hospitals, supported living, CQC Registered Residential homes and lastly as the Head of Community outreach and Day services for a charity. I hope to use all my experience to maintain and add to ISL’s quality of service and reputation to allow us to grow. I like to build positive staff teams and instil a culture of respect, professionalism and team work whilst at the same time set achievable team and individual goals. By achieving this we can then provide the best environment for our clients to grow and lead full and meaningful lives.
