Richie Goodwin

I have over 6 years’ experience in health and social care working with people with mental health needs,  learning disabilities and addiction to drugs and alcohol. I have worked in homeless prevention housing, supported living and treatment services delivering quality interventions to support and empower people to achieve more than they thought possible.

During my time with ISL I have progressed through the company starting as a support worker and working my way up to managing multiple services always driving to have the highest standards of care for the people we support and the staff that support them.

I have a driving passion for working with people who are sometimes overlooked or underestimated and believe that every voice deserves the opportunity to be heard and with a little support at the right time anyone can unlock their hidden potential and thrive.
