I have worked for ISL Since 2017, soon after the service opened. It has been one of the most rewarding roles I have ever fulfilled. Helping people adapt to life’s challenges and giving people the opportunity to develop life skills and access support as part of the local community and living the lives they choose is definitely the job for me.

I have had 8 years of mental health experience in both my professional and personal life and has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy leading our team as we all work really well together. I ensure everyone is heard and everyone is equal and it works amazingly in providing the best service we can with the people we support. I am proud to be part of an amazing fast growing service that delivers great outcomes for people.
