I am the Service Manager for the Rapid Response Service
I have over 25 years experience of working in the care sector and I have always worked in mental health. I have been a registered manager for over 10 years and have my level 5 CMI in Registered Management along with a Diploma in person centred counselling.
I have managed small homes as well as larger 55 bed services, I have managed a residential drug and alcohol rehab and also nursing homes which specialised in mental health.
