Adam Payne

My career in Social Care started 23 years ago. I've held roles ranging from Support Worker to Service Manager and Operations Manager. In 2017, I transitioned into Quality and Compliance, focusing on implementing new systems, conducting audits, and enhancing service quality. I specialise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and am an award winning, Accredited, Senior Practitioner.

In 2021, I founded my own Training and Consultancy business, specialising in PBS Training/Planning, Service Improvement and Staff/Management Mentoring. This led to working with ISL, where I delivered PBS Training and Planning, as well as other initiatives like Autism and “Welcome to ISL” training alongside Soft Audits. I've worked closely with ISL staff, managers and board members on various projects over the past 2 years.

Now, as the Head of Quality and Compliance at ISL, I'm dedicated to supporting staff and managers in achieving excellence whilst ensuring compliance and continuously improving service quality.

I have a hands-on approach and a passion for enhancing services alongside all staff members within the organisation.
