Reablement Hotel
Excited to announce the new ‘Reablement Hotel’ service that ISL are delivering in partnership with Cheshire NHS.
This is a vital service to enable people to leave hospital when they are medically fit but awaiting an ongoing care package in the community.
Individuals are accommodated at a dedicated hotel where ISL staff are based to provide enablement support as people prepare to return home. This will provide improved outcomes for individuals and reduce pressure on NHS hospital beds.
It has been great to work with such dynamic and solution focused partners within the NHS to rapidly mobilise this service, thank you for excellent partnership working.
