Project underway in Tranmere!
We are developing a new extra care scheme in Tranmere in partnership with HB Villages, Chrysalis housing and Wirral council. This project will support 20 people with learning disabilities to live in their own apartments and increase independence at home and in the community. Due to open October 2019.
