New Service in Chester
Pleased to announce a new service secured in Chester. This will be supporting people with mental health needs experiencing crisis to avoid hospital admission, or step down from a hospital setting. This service is being delivered in partnership with Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS (CWP) who we have been working closely with this year to create hospital avoidance pathways for people across the CWP footprint.
Thanks to CWP for excellent partnership working. The property is being developed by Storm Properties designed to a bespoke specification for this service with assistive technology infrastructure . Thank you to all partners involved and look forward to the service launching in April 2022.
