Mental health crisis service
Excited to announce a new partnership project with Cheshire Wirral Partnership (CWP) for an accommodation based mental health crisis service. This will be based in Cheshire East & support winter pressures in the wider CWP area. This project will commence in February running until end of March initially and will provide short term interventions to enable people to avoid hospital admission, or step down from hospital settings as part of a pathway to more independent living. The service will be apartment based, supported by assistive technology and an RMN based on site.
