The Checkmates are clients of ISL who are involved in measuring our quality, they do not focus on the traditional data driven audits but talk to people more about their support and then feedback to the quality manager to ensure findings are acted upon, they then attend all Board meetings to ensure those messages get heard there and strategies are developed bearing the feedback in mind.
Full training is provided with an ongoing development programme for our new paid employees and we believe they are the best people to assess the support provided as they receive it themselves.
