Outreach Support Worker, Winsford

Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate outreach services across Winsford, specifically supporting people with Mental Health issues and learning disabilities in the community.

We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible and prepare them for moving forward in their lives.

We are looking for both contracted and bank staff, worked over a 7 day rota to support people in Winsford and surrounding areas.

If you would like to join our team you will have experience of working with people who's needs may be complex and you will have a passion for bringing opportunities to life!

Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.

The service does not provide intimate personal care.

You will need to be a driver to travel between clients in the community

All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
