Olivia Elston

I began my career 16 years ago and have gained extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including both NHS and social care settings. I have always had a passion for this sector and I have held a variety of job roles from support worker, to various roles within management.

My background encompasses clinical nursing, learning disabilities, mental health, as well as care for children, young adults, and individuals requiring forensic and complex care services. Currently, I am pursuing my Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. I like to pride myself for ongoing professional development and enhancing my leadership skills, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes for both our staff teams and the individuals we support through effective collaboration.

As I begin my journey with ISL, I am excited to be a part of this journey. I am committed to demonstrating my enthusiasm, passion and dedication striving to ensure that our values and ethos is demonstrated in everything we do.
