Great Place to Work

I love working at Mersey Gardens. Because of how it’s run. The manager and other support staff I have the privilege to work for and with.
Mersey Gardens is a great place of work with people we support and in some instances it’s like a large extended family. People live in lovely apartments.
People we support able to navigate around and able to socialise when not under distancing rules. Gardens are lovely and really helped with social distancing.
I’ve worked in different sectors from Domiciliary for the elderly to supporting younger people with multiple health issues but Mersey Gardens is the best by far.
Would just like to take this opportunity to thank our manager Nichola Bastow for always taking the time to listen, advise even when she is up to her eyes. And my colleagues at Mersey Gardens for there support.
